Installation Guide

⚠️ Important: This is a 2-person job. Glass panels are heavy — always handle by the edges. Door comes fully assembled and ready to fit.

Tools required: Spirit level, tape measure, drill with masonry bits, silicone sealant gun, screwdrivers (Phillips & flathead), adjustable spanner.

1. Measure opening — measure at top, middle, and bottom; use the smallest measurement to confirm size.
2. Fix wall profile — hold hinge-side profile against wall, check vertical with spirit level, mark and drill fixing holes, secure with screws, apply silicone between profile and wall.
3. Hang door assembly — slot hinges onto wall profile, ensure door pivots smoothly.
4. Adjust width & fit closing profile — adjust to opening width, mark and fix closing profile on opposite wall, test bi-fold action.
5. Fit magnetic strips & bottom seal — attach and test closure; trim bottom seal to length if needed.
6. Final sealing — apply sanitary silicone to all wall joints and where profiles meet the tray. Allow 24 hours to cure before use.

Maintenance: Clean hinges monthly, check fixings annually, lubricate hinges with silicone spray if needed, re-seal joints every 2–3 years.
