Installation Guide

⚠️ Important: Check local building regulations — some areas require professional installation for plumbing work.

Tools required: Spirit level (600mm min), adjustable spanner, screwdriver set, sanitary silicone sealant, plumber’s putty or waste seal, adjustable feet/legs, tape measure.

1. Prepare floor — clean area, check level, mark tray position, ensure waste pipe is accessible at 65–100mm from finished floor.
2. Fit waste trap — attach to tray outlet before positioning; apply plumber’s putty, hand-tighten only.
3. Position & level tray — attach adjustable legs (4–6), position tray, adjust until perfectly level with a slight fall towards waste (1–2mm per metre).
4. Connect waste — connect trap to drainage pipe, test for leaks by pouring water down waste.
5. Seal edges — apply continuous bead of sanitary silicone around all wall edges, smooth with wet finger, allow 24 hours to cure.
6. Final checks — pour water into tray, check drainage and all seals.

Critical tips: Never install on an uneven floor (causes stress cracks). Standard waste diameter is 40mm. Minimum 50mm clearance below tray required.

Maintenance: Check silicone seals annually, clean waste trap every 6 months, use non-abrasive cleaners only.
