Installation Guide

⚠️ Important: This is a 2-person job. Glass panels are heavy and require careful handling.

Tools Required: Spirit level, tape measure, drill with masonry bits, pencil, silicone sealant gun, adjustable spanner, screwdrivers (Phillips & flathead)

Before You Start:

• Check all parts against the instruction manual
• Ensure shower tray is installed, level, and fully sealed
• Walls must be plumb (vertical) and square
• Allow -50mm adjustment for out-of-true walls
• Identify which way door will slide (reversible design)

Installation Steps:

1. Measure Opening: Measure shower opening width at top, middle, and bottom. Use smallest measurement. Check door size adjustment range matches your opening.
2. Install Bottom Track: Position bottom track on shower tray, mark drill holes, drill and insert wall plugs, secure track with screws, ensure perfectly level, apply silicone sealant underneath and along edges.
3. Install Side Profiles: Attach side wall profiles to walls using spirit level to ensure vertical, mark and drill fixing holes, secure with screws and wall plugs, apply silicone sealant between profile and wall.
4. Fit Top Track: Slide top track onto side profiles, ensure level and square, secure with fixing screws, check alignment before final tightening.
5. Install Rollers: Attach roller assemblies to top of glass panels (follow manufacturer's diagram), ensure wheels move freely, adjust roller height if needed.
6. Hang Glass Panels: With 2 people, carefully lift first panel and slot rollers into top track, lower panel into bottom track, repeat for second sliding panel, ensure panels slide smoothly.
7. Adjust & Align: Adjust roller height to ensure panels are vertical and slide smoothly, adjust side profiles if needed for proper fit, check panels don't bind or stick.
8. Install Handles: Attach handles to glass panels at marked positions (usually 1500mm from base), tighten carefully - don't over-tighten on glass.
9. Fit Magnetic Strips: Attach magnetic closure strips where panels meet, test closure - should seal firmly, adjust position if needed.
10. Final Sealing: Apply silicone sealant to all wall joints, seal bottom track edges, wipe excess immediately with damp cloth, allow 24 hours to cure before use.

Critical Tips:

• Always handle glass panels by edges, never by face
• Don't over-tighten screws on glass - can cause cracks
• Ensure bottom track is perfectly level - affects door operation
• Test sliding action before final sealing
• Use only sanitary-grade silicone sealant

Adjustment Range: Each size has -50mm adjustment to accommodate out-of-square walls (see table above)

After Installation: Wait 24 hours before using shower, test door slides smoothly and seals properly, clean glass with non-abrasive cleaner

Maintenance: Clean tracks monthly to remove soap buildup, check and tighten fixings annually, lubricate rollers if needed with silicone spray, re-seal joints every 2-3 years
