We are proud to offer free shipping to most of the mainland UK on all online orders. Our normal dispatch time is 1 to 4 working days (Mainland UK). For same day delivery enquiries in the London area, please call 0203 750 0025. Any products ordered that are out of stock will be refunded in full.
Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours by email to sales@kwbathrooms.co.uk clearly stating order number, description of damage/defect and a photograph.
Any returns must be unused in their original packaging. A re-stocking charge of 25% may apply.
